What's included in the subscription?
You can add unlimited profiles and photos. Please note that these will still use your device's storage, as the subscription does not include additional storage space.
What's included in the free plan?
You can add up to 5 profiles and 20 photos per profile.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
You'll still be able to view and delete your existing data. However, you won't be able to add new content, even if you free up space by deleting current data.
The app keeps crashing. What should I do?
First, try restarting the app. If the issue continues, please contact our support team with your device model, iOS version, and a detailed description of the problem to help us investigate and resolve it.
